You will spend 4 of your 8 days in coaching sessions, which will range in 3-4 hours commitment during the day. The rest of your days and the week is flexible. More Details below.

 

What to Expect

You will spend 4 of your 8 days in coaching sessions, which will range in 3-4 hours commitment during the day. The rest of your days and the week is flexible.

If you prefer to be social, fear not - we will let you know where we will be, so you can join us:

  • Each morning (and some evenings) there will also be optional activities at the beach including meditation, stretching and workouts.

  • Throughout the week there is plentiful time for fun and games - beach volleyball, beautiful pool, big white sand beach, snorkeling, frisbee, bocce (including glow in dark for nighttime).

  • Each evening there wil be an optional social gathering for pre-dinner refreshments and laughs.

  • There will be plenty of opportunities for additional conversations and coaching throughout the week, both one-on-one and in small groups.
